Paff Landscape, Inc. operates a complete landscape design and installation division. You will meet with our landscape designers and once a design is agreed upon, Paff will dispatch expert landscape installation crews to install the landscape design that you have chosen.

Our landscape designers work together as a team, along with a library of resources, to provide you with a landscape design that will compliment your home or business. From Start To Finish:
Landscaping increases the overall value of your business or home. If you plan to install the landscape yourself or have your landscaping installed by our professionals, a well designed plan is vital to ensure successful results.
Before meeting with your landscape designer, there are several steps you can take to prepare for your initial consultation. No matter if this is a new landscape or a re-design to your existing landscape you will find these tips helpful.
- Provide the designer with a survey of the property.
- Take an inventory of what exists currently on the site.
- Budget – decide what you have available to work with.
With regards to budget, keep in mind that the project does not have to be installed all at once. Installing your landscape in phases allows you to spread out the expenses and the amount of time you commit to the project. The big picture provided by the designs will help you prioritize the project.
Site Analysis:
The designer will walk the site with you to identify and document any likes or dislikes you may have about the site. They will discuss different landscape styles and plantings with you to get a sense of your personality and style. The designer then takes measurements of the site and records information about the layout of the property, slope, drainage concerns. Digital images may be taken of your site enabling the designer to begin a conceptual plan for the customers review and approval.
Conceptual Plan:
The designer will meet with you to review the conceptual plan. This plan will provide an overview of the project and will include a layout of functional areas, plant masses and hardscape. At this stage you and your designer will make modifications if any are needed.
Master Plan:
Upon approval of the conceptual plan, a scaled to size master plan (or blueprint) showing the:
- Layout of plantings and hardscape on your site
- A list of plant material, with plant sizes and quantities
- You may be provided with a computer image of your
landscape showing before and after photos enabling you to
